Google Review · 5 StarsFor the Active.
The Competitive.
The Frustrated.
The active person sidelined by injury
Something is stopping you training. Whether it's a shoulder, a knee, a back, or a hamstring that won't clear — we find the root cause and build you back stronger.
The person stuck in the pain cycle
Back pain. Disc issues. Sciatica that keeps returning. Treatment has helped short term before. We treat the episode and fix the pattern that keeps causing it.
The high performer running on empty
Tension headaches. A body that won't switch off. Pain that spikes when life gets busy. We work with your nervous system to get you back in control.
The athlete who wants to stay in the game
Pain-free is the starting point, not the end goal. We build the strength and resilience to keep performing for decades.
You're not broken.
You've just had
the wrong plan.
Most people who come to MOTUS have already tried physio, rest, and maybe another chiro. It helped short term. Then the same thing came back.
That's not bad luck. That's treating the symptom, not the cause.
We assess why it happened, treat what's driving it, and build a body resilient enough to stop it happening again.
- Tried rest and it just came back again
- Been told to "just stop training" — that's not an option
- Had treatment but never got a clear explanation of why
- Bounced between practitioners with no real plan
- Getting older and feeling it — and refusing to accept it
"Pain is information. Not a life sentence."
The MOTUS Method
A three-phase system. No guesswork. No cookie-cutter plans. Every step is built around you, where you are, and where you're going.
Stop the pain. Calm the system. Get you out of survival mode and back to baseline. Hands-on treatment from day one, with a clear picture of what's actually happening and why.
- Spinal manipulation and chiropractic care
- Dry needling and soft tissue therapy
- Breathwork and nervous system regulation
- Early movement and mobility work
Fix what created the problem. Build the strength, stability, and movement patterns you were missing. This is where most people never go. This is where the real change happens.
- Progressive rehab and movement retraining
- Gym-based strength and conditioning
- Postural control and muscular balance
- Habit systems and lifestyle coaching
Raise the bar. Transition from rehab to performance. Build load capacity, train sport-specific patterns, and future-proof your body for whatever you want to do with it.
- Advanced strength and conditioning
- Sport and life-specific programming
- Performance tracking and periodic reviews
- Long-term resilience and longevity planning
Dr. Bradley
Ingram D.C.
Before the clinic, there was the military. Ten years as a British Army helicopter engineer and physical training instructor. That background shapes everything about how Bradley works. High standards. No fuss. Outcomes that actually matter.
He's also spent his adult life managing his own chronic lower back pain while training hard, competing, and pushing his body. He's not teaching you theory. He's giving you what he spent years figuring out himself.
MOTUS isn't just a clinic. It's the system Bradley built because nothing he found was good enough. A full model that takes people from their worst day physically to wherever they want to go.

- You want a real explanation of what's happening in your body
- You're done with short-term fixes and want a lasting change
- You're ready to put in the work between sessions
- Performance, not just pain relief, is the goal
- You want someone who actually gets what it's like to train through injury
Probably not
- You want a one-off crack and nothing else
- You're not open to doing any rehab work yourself
- You want to be fixed passively, without being involved in the process
- You're looking for the cheapest option available
Questions we
get every week.
No. Plenty of people come to MOTUS because they want to move and perform better, not because they're in crisis. If you want a full movement screen, an honest assessment of your body, and a plan to get stronger and more resilient, that's exactly what we do.
The difference is the model. Most physio is session-by-session, treating the episode. We treat the episode and the pattern that caused it. The MOTUS Method takes you from symptom relief all the way through to performance, not just back to baseline.
In most cases, yes. We don't tell people to stop training unless there's a genuine clinical reason. The aim is to modify what you're doing so you can stay active while we fix the underlying issue. Stopping is the last resort, not the first suggestion.
Honest answer: it depends on what's going on, how long it's been there, and how much work you do between sessions. After your initial consultation you'll have a clear picture of what to expect and a realistic plan. We don't pad out treatment or keep people coming back unnecessarily.
The main MOTUS clinic is in Green Park, central London, at 10 Stratton Street, W1J 8LG. Sessions are by appointment only. Online coaching is available to anyone in the UK or internationally.
We operate on a self-pay basis. Many private health insurance policies will reimburse chiropractic sessions. We can provide a receipt and clinical notes to support any claim you need to make. Check your policy directly for the specifics.
